3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our 14-day money-back guarantee

Payments are processed by Paddle, a third-party payment processor. By using ModGuard, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. All payment information is securely handled by Paddle and we do not store your credit card details.

  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • All transactions are secure and encrypted

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with ModGuard within 14 days of your purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MODGUARD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
